Do you offer guest passes?Yes, all visitors are welcome from other clubs. We have a casual pass available.

Do you have children's classes?Yes, we have children's classes on Monday 5pm, Wednesday 5pm and Saturday 8am.

Do you offer a trial membership?Yes, we have a free 3 class trial for memberships to see whether our gym is the perfect fit for you!

Am I locked into a contract when I sign up?No, there is no minimum contract. You can cancel at anytime.

What are the hygiene requirements?All members are expected to trim nails and bring pre-washed gear for training. Our mats are mopped after every class and hand sanitiser is provided.
